Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill

Instructions

  1. Cook and stir cucumbers and onion in butter or margarine in a skillet for about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until tomatoes are just heated through.
  5. Sprinkle with dill and serve hot.
