Warm and savory hot vegetable punch with rich tomato flavor, aromatic herbs, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a cozy gathering or family comfort drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans condensed bouillon
  • water
  • 5 cups tomato juice
  • 6 or 8 pieces of celery
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 7 or 8 whole black peppers
  • carrot slices
  • parsley
  • 1/4 lemon

Instructions

  1. Simmer condensed bouillon with an equal amount of water, tomato juice, celery, onions, bay leaf, and black peppers.
  2. Add carrot slices and sprigs of parsley to the simmering mixture.
  3. When the vegetables have infused their flavor, squeeze 1/4 lemon into the pot.
  4. Strain the hot punch into a punch bowl.
  5. Float the garnishes on top before serving.
