Instructions
- Cook chickpeas on medium-high heat until softened.
- Add a little water if necessary.
- Place chickpeas into a blender.

- Blend until very smooth.

- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Lightly cover with olive oil to prevent drying.
- Serve with pita bread for dipping.
