Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, chopped pecans, and garlic salt with a mixer until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and roll each into a log shape on a sheet of wax paper.
  3. Sprinkle chili powder on a plate or shallow dish.
  4. Roll each cheese log in the chili powder to coat evenly.
  5. Wrap the logs in wax paper and refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.
