Hungry Jack Jackpots are savory biscuit cups filled with seasoned ground beef, smoky barbecue flavor, and melted cheddar, perfect for a quick, hearty appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Add barbecue sauce, instant minced onion, and brown sugar to the beef; set aside.
  4. Separate biscuits and place each in an ungreased muffin cup.
  5. Press dough up the sides of each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
  6. Spoon the meat mixture into each biscuit cup and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
