A hearty, fresh salad featuring tomatoes, crisp lettuce, Swiss cheese, turkey ham, and eggs, tossed with your favorite dressing—perfect for satisfying hungry appetites.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 tomatoes
  • 1 head lettuce or 2 bunches romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 lb Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb turkey ham
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • any type salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash both lettuce and tomatoes.
  2. Shake lettuce to remove excess water.
  3. Cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces or tear into pieces, as desired.
  4. Cut tomatoes into wedge shapes and add to the lettuce.
  5. Slice Swiss cheese into slivers and add to the salad.
  6. Slice turkey ham into strips and add to the salad.
  7. Peel eggs, rinse, and cut into wedges.
  8. Toss all ingredients with two forks and serve.
