Ice Cream Torte

- Crush half the macaroons and sprinkle them on the bottom of an oiled 8 to 10-inch spring-form pan.
- Slightly soften the coffee ice cream and spread it evenly over the macaroons.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce.
- Crush the remaining macaroons and spread them on top of the coffee ice cream layer.
- Slightly soften the chocolate chip ice cream and spread it evenly over the second layer of macaroons.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce.
- Spread crushed Heath bars on top of the ice cream layers.
- Freeze the torte for 4 to 5 hours.
- Remove from the pan and leave at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with the remaining chocolate sauce.
