Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Blend cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and water.
  2. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into a well-greased and floured tube pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
  5. Cool for 3 minutes before removing from pan.
