Icy Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and confectioners sugar. Blend thoroughly.
  2. Fold in the drained mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, miniature marshmallows, and chopped pecans.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce with a tea biscuit or salty cookie.
