Ingredients

  • 1 c. English peas (frozen)
  • 1 c. ham, chopped
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/3 c. green onion
  • 1 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. baking mix
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer peas, chopped ham, grated cheese, and green onion in a baking dish.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and baking mix together until smooth.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until set and golden.
  5. Cool slightly before cutting and serving.
