Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Grease 1 (9-inch) pie pan.
  2. Blend all ingredients and pour into the pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
  4. The pie is done when a knife inserted comes out clean.
  5. Cool.
  6. Serve with Cool Whip.
