Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 13-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 16-ounce can pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender or with a hand mixer, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
