Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled or chopped ham

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except meat and cheese in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch deep pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon or chopped ham on top.
