Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about one hour or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
