Ingredients

  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup salted, roasted peanuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Marinate chicken with the sauce for 4 to 6 hours.
  3. Grill or barbecue the marinated chicken until cooked through.
