Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Blend in a blender for 45 seconds the hot water, unflavored gelatin, and lemon juice.
  2. Add and blend for 10 seconds the egg yolks, cream cheese, and sugar.
  3. Add and blend for 10 seconds the whipping cream and vanilla.
  4. Add ice cubes one at a time and blend after each addition for 15 to 20 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker crust.
