Ingredients

  • 12 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 1 large onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 large green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 large red sweet pepper
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup salt
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl or container.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a glass container with a tight cover.
  3. Refrigerate and let sit for at least a few hours before serving.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
