Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) Jello brand vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 16 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 c. Cool Whip Topping (9 oz. pkg.), thawed
  • 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
  • pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Add the pudding mix to milk in a bowl.
  2. Mix slowly with a rotary beater or at the lowest speed of an electric mixer, just until blended (about 30 seconds).
  3. Blend in pumpkin spice and 2 cups of whipped topping.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baked pie shell or graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill until set, at least 4 hours.
  6. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and pecan halves before serving.
