- Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat together eggs, sugar, butter or margarine, and vanilla or lemon.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix together with a wooden spoon, then by hand.
- Roll small pieces of dough and twist.
- Bake at 350°F on a greased cookie sheet until golden.
- Frost with thin frosting.
