Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  3. Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
  4. Drizzle any remaining melted butter over the chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear.
