Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh mint
  • 2 pieces crumbled bread
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • olive oil
  • 2 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Soak the bread pieces in white wine and set aside.
  2. Combine the Italian sausage, beaten eggs, fresh mint, and soaked bread mixture.
  3. Form the mixture into 24 meatballs.
  4. Brown the meatballs over high heat in a lightly oiled skillet.
  5. Finish cooking the meatballs in marinara sauce.
  6. Serve over spaghetti or other pasta.
