Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Italian cheese
  • pinch of basil leaves
  • Italian salami
  • Salad Supreme seasoning
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry potatoes in a little oil until tender.
  2. Stir constantly. Add beaten eggs, cheese, Italian salami, basil, salt, pepper, and Salad Supreme seasoning.
  3. Do not stir. Let form as a pie, about 5 minutes on low fire.
  4. Turn and cook on the other side for about 5 minutes.
  5. Turn onto a plate as a pie and serve.
