Ingredients

  • 1 box Italian thin spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can water (tomato paste can)
  • 1 bud garlic or garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Sear hamburger meat in a skillet until browned.
  2. Drain off excess grease from the meat.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic or garlic salt, hot sauce, and chili powder to the meat.
  4. Stir in mushroom soup, tomato paste, and water.
  5. Place drained spaghetti in a large casserole dish.
  6. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 25 minutes.
