  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust

Instructions

  2. With an electric mixer, beat in cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
