Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground chicken
  • 2 c diced bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 c diced dill pickle
  • 1 c oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix ground chicken, diced bell pepper, diced dill pickle, oatmeal, egg, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until cooked through.
