Ingredients

  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. onion
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. Pour over meatballs.
  2. Bake for about 1 hour at 350°.
