Jan'S Artichoke Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drain, rinse and chop
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • fresh lemon juice to taste
  • 1 tsp. paprika (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix well all ingredients, except paprika.
  2. Spoon into a small casserole dish which has been slightly greased. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
  5. Serves 8 to 10.
