Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
  • 4 Tbsp. sherry wine or lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Place shrimp in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the shrimp with sherry wine or lemon juice.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, chopped parsley, garlic salt, and paprika.
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with sprigs of parsley before serving.
