Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  2. Use as a marinade for London broil or other beef cuts.
  3. Keep in the freezer for indefinite storage.
