Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 3 oz. pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Bring the crushed pineapple to boiling point.
  2. Add lime Jell-O and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate until the mixture begins to set.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
  6. Add cherries, if desired.
  7. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until fully set.
