Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 package frozen broccoli or spinach, thawed
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rice, onion salt, thawed broccoli or spinach, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese and dot with butter.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until the casserole is set and bubbly.
