Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages lime Jell-O
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 package Dream Whip
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare and chill the lime Jell-O with crushed pineapple and chopped pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix Dream Whip with softened cream cheese and spread evenly over the chilled Jell-O mixture.
  3. In a saucepan, mix sugar, flour, pineapple juice, and beaten eggs; cook and stir until thickened.
  4. Add lemon juice to the cooked mixture when thick and remove from heat.
  5. Allow the cooked mixture to cool completely.
  6. Pour the cooled mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top before serving.
