Instructions
- add egg yolks, heavy cream and vanilla
- stir in flour
- wrap tightly and chill several hours
- roll out on floured board to 1/8" thick
- cut with floured cutter, cut holes in center of half the cookies
- brush top halves with egg white and sprinkle with nuts
- bake at 350 for 10 minutes
- When cooled to room temperature, spread small amount of jelly on the bottom halves, top with the top halves. Dust with confectioners sugar.
