Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Banana
  • 1/3 cup Shortening, Margarine or Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 batch Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Nuts

Instructions

  1. 1) IN MIXING BOWL COMBINE 1 CUP FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, AND SALT
  2. 2) ADD MASHED BANANA, BUTTER, AND MILK, BEAT ON LOW WITH MIXER UNTIL BLENDED, THEN ON HIGH SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES
  3. 3) ADD EGGS REMAINING FLOUR AND NUTS, BEAT TILL BLENDED
  4. 4) PLACE INTO GREASED 8X4X2 LOAF PAN AND BAKE AT 350F FOR 55-60 MINUTES
