Ingredients

  • 10 medium potatoes, cooled with skin on, peeled and grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish (glass is okay).
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until heated through and bubbly.
