Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Combine the cooked beef and onion with undrained sauerkraut and cream of chicken soup in a baking dish.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
