Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 sticks oleo
  • 4.5 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1.5 cups plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons oleo
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the first seven ingredients with a spoon.
  2. Bake in a greased broiler pan at 325°F for 20 minutes.
  3. Combine coconut and condensed milk.
  4. Spread the coconut mixture gently over the hot cake.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
