Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, regular or red
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup salad oil

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage, onion, green pepper, and carrots in a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, vinegar, and salad oil.
  3. Add the shredded vegetables to the dressing and mix well.
  4. Place the slaw in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight for best flavor.
