Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dry dill
  • shallots, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the sliced potatoes in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Mix white wine, water with chicken bouillon, chopped green onions, dill, chopped shallots, and melted butter; pour over the potatoes.
  3. Cover the dish with foil or a lid.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, then beat 2 eggs and 1 cup whipping cream together and pour over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered at 400°F for an additional 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
