Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 bottle catsup
  • 3 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 (No. 2) cans pork and beans

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, onions, and bell peppers in a skillet.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Cook until the beef is browned.
  4. Add brown sugar, catsup, and dry mustard to the mixture.
  5. Combine with pork and beans.
  6. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 300°F for about 1 hour.
