Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread, cubed
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and melt the margarine in the milk.
  2. Mix the cubed bread, chopped celery, chopped onion, salt, and sage together in a large bowl.
  3. Add the eggs to the mixture and then pour in the milk mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Stuff the mixture into a turkey and cook with the turkey, or transfer to a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake separately for 1 hour at 325°F.
