Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • water to fill up to 1/2 cup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages mixed frozen vegetables, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup fine cut onions

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, flour, and prepared mustard in a saucepan.
  2. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  3. Pour the hot dressing over the cooked and drained vegetables and diced celery.
  4. Add the pimentos and chopped onions, then mix well.
  5. Let set for 24 hours before serving.
