  • Dijon mustard
  • Italian bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Place chicken breasts on a broiler pan; spread with Dijon mustard and cover with Italian bread crumbs.
  3. Gently turn the breasts and spread with more mustard and bread crumbs.
  4. Broil for 3 or more minutes on each side, depending on the size of the breasts.
