Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups cooked squash, mashed
  • 1 can condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs and beat well with an electric mixer.
  3. Mix in cooked mashed squash.
  4. Add condensed milk and beat until smooth.
  5. Stir in pumpkin pie spice.
  6. Divide the mixture equally between two unbaked deep-dish pie shells.
  7. Cover the edges of the pie shells with foil.
  8. Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for about 45 minutes or until the pie is lightly browned and set.
