Ingredients

  • 3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless pork country-style ribs
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a 6-quart stockpot, boil 4 quarts of water.
  2. Add ribs to the boiling water.
  3. Cover and simmer the ribs for 20 minutes.
