Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless pork country-style ribs ⓘ
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine ⓘ
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar ⓘ
- 1 c. water ⓘ
- 1 c. ketchup ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/4 c. sugar ⓘ
- 2 garlic cloves, minced ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, chopped ⓘ
Instructions
- In a 6-quart stockpot, boil 4 quarts of water.
- Add ribs to the boiling water.
- Cover and simmer the ribs for 20 minutes.
