Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake in 9-inch pie plate at 325° for 1 hour.
  2. Let cool completely before frosting with whipped cream.
  3. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
  4. Very easy, moist and good!
