Ingredients

  • 2 dozen large shrimp (uncooked)
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 pound pasta

Instructions

  1. Fry butter, garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, crushed red pepper, thyme, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, wine, and chopped tomato for 7 to 8 minutes.
  2. Add uncooked shrimp until they turn pink.
  3. Serve the shrimp and sauce over cooked pasta.
