Ingredients

  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons oleo
  • 1 small chopped cabbage
  • 1 can rinsed sauerkraut
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in oleo until translucent.
  2. Mix the sautéed onions with chopped cabbage, rinsed sauerkraut, and bay leaf.
  3. Bake the mixture at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Add 1 inch of water and continue baking until the cabbage is tender, approximately 30 minutes.
