Ingredients

  • 1 box Keebler Club crackers
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 pound margarine
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Layer a jelly roll pan with a single layer of Keebler Club crackers.
  2. Mix together brown sugar, white sugar, margarine, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Boil the mixture for 6 to 7 minutes, then pour half of it over the crackers in the pan.
  5. Add another layer of crackers over the first layer and pour the remaining mixture over them.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for one hour.
  7. Melt together peanut butter and milk chocolate chips until smooth.
  8. Pour the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture over the cooled layers.
  9. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then cut into squares.
