Ingredients

  • 2 cubes butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 packages frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 2 small whipping cream
  • 2 graham cracker pie shells

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and set aside.
  2. Beat the butter until creamy; add eggs and powdered sugar, and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie shells.
  4. Top with thawed strawberries and their juice over the butter mixture.
  5. Spread the whipped cream on top of the strawberries.
  6. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs for added texture.
  7. Freeze the assembled dessert until firm.
  8. Thaw for 2 hours before serving.
